Host Color customers can choose Dual Intel Pentium D servers from $249 per month or Xeon based machines, equipped with RAID 5 Mirroring between Hard Drives for $399 per month. The Web host also offers AMD based systems. Customers can also customize their own server systems using the on-demand hosting model.

“Since January 2006 we [have developed] our in-house server management platform,” says Alexander Avramov, Host Color’s customer care manager. “We use reliable hardware, advanced software technologies, and take our responsibility to power the online businesses of our customers.”

The managed servers include the full range of Host Color’s hosting software, including WordPress blog, image gallery software, content management systems, phpBB discussion board, shopping cart, phpMyVisits, phpLists and chat.

The special pricing is open to new and existing customers through January 3, 2007. The multi-domain hosting plan, which can host up to 30 separate accounts, has been reduced to $7 per month. The mega plan, intended for businesses, is now $5 per month.

“We are very happy to make such a present to our clients,” says Iglika Voinova, customer care manager at Host Color. “It is Christmas and we decided to lower the prices of our hosting plans in order to provide more options for less money with the same quality and reliability. And especially for the coming holidays when people are seeking for the right gift for their families and friends”

The company also recently announced its new branded service Host Color Servers, which offers a large range of managed and dedicated servers and on-demand solutions. The fully functioning site will be available after Christmas Eve and will add more functionality to the company’s services.
