The osTicket application will be available to customers of the Max, Mega and Multi Domian plans, as a part of the company’s PowerTools application library, through the user’s control panel.

Host Color says the application will enable customers to better handle their own customer service responsibilities via their websites. The software integrates inquiries made via email or a web-based form into a multi-user web interface. It archives requests and responses, helping users to provide customers with faster and more accurate help.

Customers can migrate easily to osTicket from their current support systems, says Host Color, if they require a more advanced solution.

osTicket is one of several new services Host Color has recently added to its PowerTools library, along with Simple Machines Forum and website optimization tool ColorSEO.

The auto installer also supports the MODx, Drupal, Joomla and TextPattern CMS; WordPress and B2evolution blog platforms; Pligg and MediaWiki social media; phpBB and Vanilla forums; OpenX ad management system, Image gallery scripts and other tools.

ColorSEO features SEO report prepared exclusively for customers who need help on website optimization. The report usually details three important key sections — a structural analysis of the website, meta tags review and a step by step recommendations guide — that help site owners to take control over the process of their search engine optimization.

In addition to the SEO service, Host Color has also recently added two new software applications to its Web hosting services. Simple Machines Forum is a freeware Internet forum script, while LimeSurvey is software that enables users to conduct website polls and online survey.

Both are now part of PowerTools, Host Color’s branded auto-installer software library. PowerTools enables site owners to use software applications with one click in their hosting control panels.

Host Color has added the survey software to its Business and Multi Domain Web hosting plans, which are both available now on promotion and includes an extended six months for free, through March 31.

The software pack is compatible with Host Color’s Web hosting automation system, NextColor. Using the software pack, website owners can set up many useful software applications such as MODx, Drupal, Joomla and TextPattern CMS, WordPress and B2evolution blog platforms, Pligg and MediaWiki social media, forum software and image gallery scripts.

The software enables users to process text and images on a PC without requiring a particular expertise in programming or graphic design.

Host Color is including the latest version of Textpattern with its Midi, Max, Mega and Multi Domain shared hosting plans. The application is included in the Host Color PowerTools package and lets customers install software applications from their control panels.
