Web hosting provider IPOWER and Endurance International announced on Wednesday that it has completed its merger to form the third-largest Web hosting company in the United States.

Shared Web hosting provider PowWeb announced on Monday that it had been acquired by The Endurance International Group, which owns several other Web hosting firms, including BizLand and FatCow.
