Dedicated service provider Layered Technologies announced on Tuesday that it has added a third data center partner in North Texas. This third facility includes over 20,000 square feet of built-out data center space with capacity for an additional 15,000 plus servers.

In accordance with its strategy to diversify both its facilities and its products, Layered Technologies selected DataBank as its next data center partner. DataBank provides a redundant and highly available Internet aggregation hub with 3.84Tbps of switching and routing capacity and with multiple Gigabit Ethernet backbone trunks.
