Utility hosting services provider Layered Technologies announced on Monday it has named John Faulkner the company’s chief financial officer.

The announcement follows last month’s appointment of John Pozadzides to the position of chief marketing officer. Faulkner will report to company CEO Jack Finlayson, where he will oversee all financial planning, management and reporting.

He has over 20 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as VP of finance at Level(3). He has also previously served in financial roles at Broadwing, Altra Energy Technologies and Dell.
