Web hosting provider Host Department announced on Thursday it has launched a new mini reseller plan, enabling customers to startup their own web hosting company for $14.45 per month.

The offering enables prospective resellers to build their own reselling business. The plan includes five billable control panels, 10GB storage space, 25GB of bandwidth, 20 IP addresses, private nameservers, complete mail, web and database tools plus a personal reseller specialist to help with the initial setup.

Resellers who sign up for a 12-month or longer billing cycle, will receive a free domain to use as their domain storefront.

“Our mini-reseller special plan is the end product on what everyone has been asking for quite some time,” says Hagen Oey, Host Department’s product manager. “Starting your own reseller business doesn’t require you to break the bank.”

Currently, Host Department offers two reseller plans: the Premium Reseller and the Blowout Reseller. The Premium is priced at $24.95 and includes 50GB storage, while the Blowout is priced at $49.95 and includes “unlimited” storage and 350GB of bandwidth. unlimited IP address 150GB of bandwidth.

Both plans enable resellers to create their own hosting plans and prices, sales are directly transferred to their bank account and offer the ability to host both UNIX and Windows based accounts.
