Domain registrar and Web hosting provider GoDaddy announced on Wednesday that it has experienced considerable growth in the selling of SSL Certificates.

According to Web analytics and research firm Netcraft, GoDaddy grew more than any other SSL hosting provider during June, adding twice the number of hosted SSL-enabled Web sites over its nearest competitor. Go Daddy is a leading issuer of SSL Certificates, including its new 6-in-1 SSL Certificate.

“The convenience of our SSL certificate installation system, which automatically attaches a certificate to a hosting account, gives Web site managers a hassle-free start-up process and their Web site’s visitors the confidence of knowing their transactions are encrypted and secure,” says Bob Parsons, CEO and founder of the Go Daddy Group.

GoDaddy provides services that help individuals and businesses to establish, maintain and evolve online presences, including domain name registration, Web site hosting services and on-demand services.
