Web hosting provider East CGI announced on Tuesday it has launched a new community support forum.
Easy CGI says this new forum offers several benefits to its customers and fosters a true sense of community. Discussions on various aspects of Web authorship and e-commerce are encouraged and will complement the existing suite of support services. The forum will offer support for complex scripting, programming and general troubleshooting, as well as any other issues related to Web publishing.
Members visiting the Easy CGI Forums will also see links to forums discussing pre-sales questions, shared hosting support, script and programming help and virtual private servers. Members may start a new topic or contribute to existing ones, help others or seek assistance from fellow members.
“Our industry leading customer support will continue, but now there’s a place for our valued customers to assemble and discuss the various aspects of Web management,” says Ted Beckwith, president and CEO of Easy CGI. “We’re proud to be hosting this new community we hope will grow and grow. Everything is easier when there are others supporting your endeavors.”
